We welcome you:
• Weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Our buffet features carefully selected, high-quality products.
For hot drinks, enjoy 100% Arabica coffee from Maison Folliet, a selection of fine teas and delicious hot chocolate.
Every morning, our pastries are baked on site: butter croissants, pains au chocolat, brioche, cake, traditional baguettes and Nordic bread, for an irresistible aroma as soon as you wake up.
For a touch of freshness, discover our yoghurts and Limousin fromage blanc, which you can enjoy with cereal, muesli or chocolate-almond granola, depending on your preference.
Our artisanal jams and honey are supplied by Atelier Philomène.
We also offer fresh seasonal fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice and regional fruit juices from Les Vergers de Thau.
On the savoury side, enjoy a selection of French cheeses and quality charcuterie: nitrite-free ham, rosette, bacon, as well as free-range eggs to be prepared according to your wishes.

Our verrines – Local flavours and responsible commitment

We work with L’Instant Bocal, an eco-responsible caterer based in Lunel (34), which prioritises responsible, high-quality catering.
Each recipe is prepared using fresh ingredients, without colourings or preservatives, in a manner that respects both the environment and flavour — values that are particularly important to us.

Our 2 star services

To ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay in Montpellier, in the Hôpitaux-Facultés district, all our rooms are equipped with individual reversible air conditioning, a flat-screen television (TNT) and free Wi-Fi access.
Each private bathroom has towels, toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) and a hairdryer.
For families, we can provide a cot and high chair on request (to be booked in advance and subject to availability).
Also available on request: iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows, to best meet your needs.
Our secure underground car park is available at a rate of €10 per night. Booking is essential to guarantee availability (maximum height: 1.80 m).
We kindly inform our guests that the establishment does not have a lift. If you would like a room on the ground floor, please let us know when you make your booking and we will direct you to the most suitable category for your stay, subject to availability.

Our comfortable rooms

We offer several categories of rooms, all designed to accommodate up to two adults:
• Room with double bed or twin beds
• Room with double bed and terrace
• Room with single bed and terrace (single occupancy)
• Room adapted for people with reduced mobility
On request, it is also possible to add a cot or an extra bed for a teenager up to 16 years old (to be booked in advance and at an additional cost).
Each room has been designed for your comfort and relaxation, to make your stay in Montpellier pleasant and restful.

Our eco-responsible approach

In our quiet 2-star hotel in Montpellier "Hôpitaux-Facultés", we favor the use of healthy and traditional products for the household, such as linseed oil, white vinegar and bleach. For breakfasts and verrines, we favor short circuits. We are constantly innovating to adopt eco-responsible behaviors on a daily basis.
